During this third national lockdown, places of worship are permitted to choose whether they remain open and we are grateful for this. However, in light of rising COVID cases and in an effort to support and protect the NHS, local community and church family we have taken the decision to pause our 'in person' LIVE services. For the short term we will meet exclusively online and would love to invite you to join us for our virtual service.

What to expect
Engaging with Jesus and each other
Things may look at little different for a while as we follow guidelines to keep you safe. A few new things to look out for:
A 'Check in' desk on arrival
Wearing of face coverings for those over 11 years old
A one way system throughout the church building
Social distancing (2 meters) and seating between households at all times
Hand sanitisers at entry and exit
Due to the current Govt guidelines, we are unable to sing. HOWEVER are still going to have a brilliant time of worship together and connecting with God.
Kids must stay with their parents/ carers at all times.
Please bring your own water bottle and Bible as we are unable to provide these under the current guidelines
Things to know before coming onsite
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our 10:30am service. At St George's the care of the church family and those we come into contact with is incredibly important. In light of current government guidelines, we are asking people to reserve their seat and to be aware of the following:
If you have been diagnosed with or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days you must not come to a live service at St George's. Likewise, if you have been in close contact with someone diagnosed or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 please stay at home. In addition, if you have returned from international travel or been in close contact with someone who has returned from international travel in the last 14 days please stay at home and join our service online.
Follow the guidance on the NHS website if you think you may be unwell.
In line with the Government's COVID-19 Test and Trace programme, contact details for all visitors and service attendees will be taken and held on file for a period of 21 days. Attendee details will only be used, if necessary, in conjunction with the Test and Trace programme and St George's will not process this data for any other purpose.
Children must remain with their parents/ carers at all time while onsite at St George's with the exception of Kids Church. Kids Church places must be booked in advance to ensure a place due to limited spaces.
